Michael Cohen is a fraud of a lawyer who works exclusively for President Trump, federal prosecutors charged Friday. “Cohen has told at least one witness that he has only [one] client — President Trump,” the lawyers wrote in court documents, challenging Cohen’s claims that records seized in raids on his home and office Monday should be protected by attorney-client privilege. And he’s barely doing any “legal work” for Trump, either, they claim. “[Reviews of the records] indicate that Cohen is in fact performing little to no legal work, and that zero ­e-mails were exchanged with President Trump,” according to the brief, filed in Manhattan federal court.

Lots of attorneys who represent clients with profiles, money, and/or significant power don’t take on other clients. A lawyer has a responsibility to provide competent legal services to whomever he represents. Clients engaged in a lot of complex business deals take up enough time.

Michael Cohen has been a Democrat his whole life and supported Democrats until candidate Trump.

He’s as much of a lawyer as most players in NYC or DC. LexisNexis should show his name on legal documents of all sorts. Some part of government claims or the reporting doesn’t make sense.

I read during the PRIMARIES that Michael Cohen is a Democrat

It looks like he flipped back and forth as practical.
