He doesn’t pick losers; else *you* would have been his first pick.

Exactly. Lots of lawyers work for govt, corporations, other single entities. Are they “barely even a lawyer” if they don’t have a roster of private clients?

“Shoot the messenger. They are just reporting what was said. Like newspapers do.”
The NY Post was barely a newspaper long before anyone heard of Michael Cohen.

Huh. They must’ve already breached attorney-client privilege in order to read enough of the seized items in order to be able to link them to clients; and, since they involve the Presudent, even schedules and calendars may be classufied, as they were with Petraeus. I smell treason charges.

In today’s email environment every communication between the powerful and their staff and counsel has to go through third and fourth party cutouts just for security from enemy (foreign and domestic) hacking.

Say what? Eating the crap sandwich the “Justice” department is feeding you? Better question might be, “How did FR manage to gather so many losers?”....

His retainer must be spectacular if he is doing little or no legal work yet surviving the high rent environment in which he is located.

This is bad but I hope they really get to Trumps real evil actions like the time he threw a stone at a squirrel when he was 5 or the time ripped a tag off a mattress.

Didn’t Hillary claim attorney-client privilege with Huma Abedin during her email crisis? Or was it some other close confidant? Anyway. Goose-gander?

Trump simply isn’t an emailer.
Lots of attorneys use email because they and their clients aren’t criminal and lots of situations don’t involve levels of international business espionage, or whatever, to try to crack the email communications.
To: thoughtomator
That’s what they thought in November 2016.

Hillary Clinton is barely even a woman.
Barack Obama is barely even an American (ok maybe not at all).

So, being a one client lawyer dissolves your rights unde the IV Amendment?
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
