Feds: Michael Cohen is barely even a lawyer
NY Post ^ | 4/13/2019 | Ruth Brown

Michael Cohen is a fraud of a lawyer who works exclusively for President Trump, federal prosecutors charged Friday. “Cohen has told at least one witness that he has only [one] client — President Trump,” the lawyers wrote in court documents, challenging Cohen’s claims that records seized in raids on his home and office Monday should be protected by attorney-client privilege. And he’s barely doing any “legal work” for Trump, either, they claim. “[Reviews of the records] indicate that Cohen is in fact performing little to no legal work, and that zero e-mails were exchanged with President Trump,” according to the brief, filed in Manhattan federal court.

So, they haven't filed charges against him, Cohen, for anything, but they see fit to undertake a campaign of libel against a private American citizen - AFTER busting into his office unannounced?

And Cohen's the bad guy here?

How does that make him any different from Elizabeth Warren?

Of course its long been known the FBI is barely even a law enforcement agency, being mostly concerned with advancing a political agenda and not being found mentioned anywhere in the 11 page U.S. Constitution, what else it new?

Even the original days of the FBI the agency was dominated by corruption as J Edger Hover routeenly played politics blackmailing our elected leaders into following him rather than the people on various issues.

The agency is a insult to the idea of American justice, and has been since the start.

>> How is it relevant to anything whether or not he has other clients? <<

Totally 110% irrelevant.

On the other hand, didn't PDJT say he didn't even know about, and therefore didn't approve, the payment to Peggy a/k/a Stormy a/k/a Stephanie?

If PDJT indeed made such a statement and if it was truthful, then it would seem that maybe Cohen was not actually representing his client, but rather was acting sua sponte in toto -- in which case an attorney-client privilege could not exist.

>> Federal prosecutors are barely American. They’d be happier in the old Soviet Union <<

Sure. It’s really terrible that federal prosecutors sent Julius and Ethel Rosenberg to the chair; dispatched Tim McVeigh to the gas chamber; and arranged for Ted Kaczynski, Robert Hanson, Ramzi Yousef, Aldrich Ames, and Rod Blagojavich to have comfy berths in various federal prisons.

ROFL...now that is funny! I have never seen a pic of Jackson or Sharpton preaching in a Church. Maybe standing outside in protest!

the judge deciding whether Trump has attorney-client privilege is KIMBA WOOD, Bill Clinton’s failed nominee for AG?!?!?!?

One and the same.

She also officiated at George Soros' most recent marriage in 2013.

Of equal importance to yet another “clinton mobster” connection of Judge Kimba Wood being an AG nominee for Billy Boy Clinton... is the rather startling additional fact, stated in the linked article:

“Wood also officiated at a non-denominational wedding service for billionaire George Soros in 2013.”

Through obvious clinton machine arrangements— GEORGE SORO’s “nondenominational” wedding officiator? Hint: PAID officiator just like a rabbi hiring out. Wow. The targeting in this entire farce is so corrupt in the Southern District of New York. Only thing better to add would be if Kimba Wood is a rotating FISA court federal judge (supposedly assigned by the Chief Justice of SCOTUS).

Wow, THAT is their defense for breaking the law? “Ah, you are a piece of shit, so your rights don’t count” is what it amounts to. If a lawyer works for himself, not a firm, it is perfectly normal, for a period of time, to have only one client.
