This Comey testified under oath he never met privately with Obama but his book says otherwise. Isn't this crime?

Yes he met with Obama about racial justice and it was just wonderful, birds were singing. Then he met with that bum Trump whose tie was too long (actual issue in the book) Comey sooo needed to be fired.
