I guess this happens from time to time.
There are stories about police hanging their Glocks from the coat hooks on lavatory doors - by the trigger guard - with predictable results.
I’m a female, and I never took my Sam Brown belt off, or removed my weapon from the holster when I was carrying, and had to go to the bathroom. The only mishap I ever had going to the bathroom was forgetting I had stuffed one end of a pair of hand cuffs into the back of my uniform pants, and hearing the tell-tale clunk of cuffs falling into the toilet.
They need to make a CCW belt holster that will keep the weapon in it and keep it off the floor!
Years ago a guy left his gun in the restroom at a Chuck E Cheese location around here. Some kid found it and took it to the ball pit. Another kid found it there the next day. Thankfully it never fired.
I’m Pro 2A but you have to be responsible for your gun at all times.
