Let’s have a vote in the Senate.
And see who stands with Trump. And who doesn’t.
Right before primary season begins.

Trump also needs to get rid of Pence and put a loyalist like Nunes as his VP. Pence is the GOP insurance policy, no doubt.

And that 35% will end the career of any GOP pol who votes for impeachment.
But what if those pols are retiring? Like Corker and Flake. Then won’t care what we do.
Say the Dems get to 53-55 Senate seats which is likely after 2020. Then they only need a few votes from the pathetic list of GOP Senators to get them to 60.

This is so stupid. Congress cannot legislate away the Presidents constitutional powers. You're right.
And if Congress were to impeach and remove the president for firing Mueller (or Rosenstein or Sessions), it would be for an unconstitutional reason.
But then what.

Ive never seen a party sell out its rank and file like the Republican party today is.
Unprecedented, for sure.

Trump is no more impeachable than Obama was. Then Trump should get all his ducks in a row and then commence the firings.

Can you imagine a trial in the Senate? All the dirt and illegality brought out. It would almost be worth it. Actually, I don't think even the Dems would want that.
Impeachment is one thing. An actual trial for removal is an entirely different thing.

The communists and the Washingtonians play for keeps.
There is no winning against these degenerate scumbags by playing by the rules.
There are no goddamn rules.
You would think Trump would have figured this out by now and acted accordingly.
Be pretty hard for the Senate to convict him if he dropped a MOAB on them mid session.

POTUS retains the sole power constitutionally to pardon. It is unchallenged.Guarenteed, the very next day a Federal Judge in Hawaii would block the Pardons.

Trump would veto such a bill and they would not have the votes to override.
Legislative masturbation.

"Senate Republican leaders sharply warned President Trump not to fire Robert S. Mueller III on Tuesday but they once again stopped short of embracing legislation to protect the special counsel. I havent seen clear indication yet that we needed to pass something to keep him from being removed, because I dont think thats going to happen, said Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.)."
They need to force a requirement that mueller's expenses be tallied and published every week so the taxpayers can see how much their paying for this fiasco.
To: Oldeconomybuyer
Fire Sessions, appoint Larry Klayman AG and let him fire Rosenstein and shut Mueller down.

This is the situation on the ground...Mueller is going to give Congress a big long list of ‘crimes’, so called ‘obstruction of justice’, etc. A legal fig leaf handed to Congress on a silver plater in which to impeach President Trump. And they WILL. It will be their duty dontcha know. Uphold the rule of law and all.
All the talking heads on TV and elsewhere that are telling Trump not to impeach mueller are FARKING IDIOTS.
Make Congress try and impeach Trump by exercising his constitutional right to fire Mueller. Why wait until Mueller presents his ‘case’ to Congress so that these rinos, neverTrumpers and hillary voters in congress can have the cover of ‘law’ to impeach Trump?
That’s right. None of you idiots can answer that question...

The IG is a smokescreen. It was always a farce and delaying tactic by our rat bastard of an AG, Jeff Sessions.
