Anyone, other than Neocons, know of a MOTIVE as to why Syria would use chemicals, since the war is virtually over?
Hard for me to think of one.
The rebels, are so-called allies, have access to these weapons and they are the only group that benefits from this attack. Hmmm... I wonder.
