Yeah, why? Think they would hesitate? Trying to br “better” than “them” can get you dead. Quick.
Oh how I love speculation on speculation based on “anonymous” speculation pimped as factual common sense.
Arab societies are based on the family and clan. If one guy is involved, that means at bare minimum, the family (particularly elder males) are very well aware of it, more likely they are all involved in direct support.
Also, the author’s indirect argument that we need to keep troops in Syria so we can kill Jihadis without hitting their family is asinine.
This kind of information is Top Secret, Special Access information so if it is true, somebody is in big trouble for leaking it and that pool of people is very small
If true, which is doubtful, i could not be more satisfied with Trump’s attitude
Why do we have troops in Syria.
We have no interest there and no reason to be there other than Obama wanted to give Syria to al-qeada.
Ask John Brennan.

And if you look to see where theyre pulling the speculation from, it comes from .....SURPRISE, SURPRISE, SURPRISE.... the Washington Post and the AP.

Michael B Kelley Nov. 2013
According to the new book "Double Down," in which journalists Mark Halperin and John Heilemann chronicle the 2012 presidential election,
President Barack Obama told his aides that he's "really good at killing people" while discussing drone strikes.
Peter Hamby of The Washington Post noted the moment in his review of the book.
The reported claim by the commander-in-chief is as indisputable as it is grim.
Obama oversaw the 2009 surge in Afghanistan, 145 Predator drone strikes in NATO's 2011 Libya operations, the May 2011 raid
that killed Osama bin Laden, and drone strikes that killed the Pakistani Taliban leader and a senior member of the Somali-based
militant group al-Shabab this week.
Just another load of Hotair
Reggie: “Oh Barry, you are so good at killin’ people! I be layin some sweet backdoor drone lovin’ on yer azz tonight, I ain’t lyin’!”
How can you not like this guy?

Misleading headline = fake news.
Neah.
Syria was all about a natural gas pipeline from the Gulf to the Med that the Euroweenies wanted to run through Syria.
Syria is a client state of the Sov, er, Russians (who are THE major NG source for the Euroweenies) and said “No” to the pipeline. So Assad had to go and it snowballed from there.
As islamists are the target, might as well weed root and stalk.
I would accept bombing the terrorist’s house as fulfilling his campaign promise to “bomb the [stuff] out of them!”.
Too many armchair strategists seem to be oblivious to two points. 1. Who made the case for what the US is doing in Syria when? 2. If you want support from the American public for the Rules of War, they need to understand why those rules are there and how those rules help the US win.
That statement is completely head-explosion-inducing for any pile of excrement usually referred to demoncrat or RINO...
