It's a federal crime not to answer census questions

They can force me to give information? I don't think so.

I'll tell you what: Congress has a responsibility to enumerate. I'll help them out: My household is "4".

And we're done.

That’s what I told them on the 2010 census. They kept coming back to harass me. It is none of the government’s business how many bathrooms I have, what my education level is, etc., etc.

I DO think it is the government’s business whether or not I am a citizen. I am willing to answer that question. And I would like to see criminal charges and serious consequences for lying on that question.

Agree. That enumeration is for the purpose of allocating representatives. And it should be based on the population of CITIZENS ONLY.

That’s what I did in 2000 and 2010. It really p!ssed off the census-taker.
