Don't know, but I used to order Arby’s beef sandwiches without the buns. Doesn't get much more low carb than that.

Arby’s has Cuban sandwiches for a limited time right now, I don’t know if it is an authentic Cuban, I had one authentic one years ago but Arby’s Cubans (Miami-Cubans) are pretty good... better than their Gyros...and I’m a Gyros fan, they also have Texas Brisket right now.
Hogg wasn’t even in school that day. He’s just getting his 15 minutes in.

He is being used by the left. He clearly experienced a traumatic event in some manner, and runs to CNN to Twitter to spot off some Moms Demand Action talking point and acts all professional and experienced on script. When people push back he then reverts back to a “everyone on gets a trophy” youth whining how people were mean or attacked him, etc.
The left is just using him to advance their agenda, just as they have done with others. When they are no longer of use they are thrown under the bus with no regard for their mental well begin by the Dems.
