I leave mine mostly blank (bare minimum) so that I can tell the footsoilders that they send out to collect info ... “None of your business” and then I don’t sign anything and tell them they are dismissed and now Trespassing.
Then I tell them I have the Sheriffs phone #, I can call or they can call if they have a problem with me doing/saying that.
If I have to call the Sheriff myself they will wait for a Deputy or the Sheriff face down in Sand Spurs with their fingers interlocked behind their head and I WILL Press Charges. (Scary Black Rifle Optional)
