British Prime Minister Theresa May thanked President Trump during a phone call Wednesday for booting 60 Russian diplomats in retaliation for the poisoning of a Russian double agent in the UK.

“The PM said the US had delivered a very strong response and welcomed the breadth of international action in response to Russia’s reckless and brazen behavior — with 26 countries now putting expulsions in place,” a Downing Street spokesman said in a statement to The Post.

Big mistake.

By the way, has T May disclosed the evidence she says she has to prove the allegation?

The guy was a double agent, was he not? Certain inherent risks in that line of business. It’s not like getting caught never happened before.

But now all of a sudden we have to move closer to WWIII?

I see. So Russia can do no wrong in your mind. Either they did it and it’s no biggie or they didn’t do it. What hilarious dissembling in support of one party state fascist Russia.

No. That's happened gradually with Russia's many claims that various weapons would get through our U.S. defenses and kill all of the American people, its dirty torpedoes for shorelines, continuing air probes against air space of other nations, human rights violations, etc.

It will be a fun adventure, and we'll continue to recede before aggressions and to bring sanctions to bait it. It's time to learn "to stop worrying and love the bomb." If we go through the wonderful process with enough buildup, it might also rid the world of many of the undesirables and solve the overpopulation problem.

Why not wait until the Brits make an arrest before we pick a fight with Russia? I say this because there are a lot of leftists with a big stake in pinning something on Putin — to get to Trump and to deflect attention from the far greater danger posed by EU communists, men like Soros, and the Turks.

“May thanks Trump for booting Russian diplomats during call”

Trump thanks May for being..and staying...in England.

So Russia is your biggest worry with cobras like stanky Hillary and Obama crawling around out there?

Indeed...and why not follow the applicable protocols spelled out in the Convention on Chemical Weapons, to which both Russia and Britain are a party?

What's the point of having these agreements if the side that claims to represent the 'international system of rules and laws' doesn't bother to comply with them.

Maybe its time for a regime change in Britain...Theresa May is no Margaret Thatcher.

He reportedly wanted to return to Russia. Then Russia poisoned him in the UK with a poison that points back to them. Takes huge gullibility to believe that.

Well, he was a Russian, wasn’t he? And a former spy, to boot. And then, the poison was of a type formerly concocted in the Soviet Union. “Russian”, “spy”, “Soviet Union” - that does it. It all means Putin and the Kremlin.

Nice try but you’ll need a more informed response than that to be taken seriously.

Are you in the habit of criticizing things you don’t know about - or just with international affairs?

I suggest reading up on the goings on in international intelligence agencies from the last couple of decades or so to date.

Some useful CIA books are available on Amazon or in the local library.

“...formerly concocted in the Soviet Union.”

Sounds good, but the Soviets have been gone a long time and by now anyone could have some of it and/or have learned how to produce the same thing.

May says she has proof. Let’s see it.

Expelling diplomats is frequently a precursor to cold and even shooting wars, as you probably well know.

We have plenty of trash to take out right here in the lower 48 that still has not been accomplished.

Did the administration give an explanation why the Russians were expelled from the Seattle office? If so, I missed it.

LOL. I’ve lived abroad nearly a decade of my life in the former Eastern Bloc and am quite familiar with foreign affairs.

I also have years of experience reading hilariously naive apologists for Putinist Russia here on FR. The years may change but the slavish excuses for fascist Russia never will. In that upside down world Putinist Russia can never do wrong.

Not at all. I just have no time for Putinist appeasers. It’s quite obvious Russia had ever motivation to poison these folks and given the murderous track record of Russia under him I won’t give him them benefit of the doubt.

Yes. Proximity to Boeing and Naval Base Kitsap. :)

Still showing your naivete.

Millions of people live here in the USA (for example), but don’t know jack about the Constitution, free enterprise, or liberty itself. So simply living in an area means just that - jack.

Please - do some serious reading on this subject and take heart by remembering that ignorance is not a sin; staying that way is.

Good luck!

You have nothing so you make it personal. LMAO. You self loathing Putin boot lickers never change.

Recall in Ukraine when first Putinist Russia said it was farmers & miners revolting and that line was parroted. Then Putin handed out the medals to the actual Russian soldiers who fought and your type said the campaign was justified. Never missed a beat. Never apologized for the lies in support of fascist Russia.

This case is no different. There never will be enough evidence for you here.

Good luck!

Missing the point - the use of a "banned" weapon on another's soil is the issue - killing him via another method would not have started this mini firestorm.

Can't imagine taking the actions we have w/o some sort of behind the scenes evidence - not everything comes into the public purview - at least not in other countries - plus the majority of those Trump expelled were known spies - gave him an excuse for shooing them home...

Multiple facets in Trump's move...
