Malailua, from Redding, California stole SWAT team equipment from a New York City police
arrested at Chicago's busiest train station.
So he went from one side of the country to the other and then halfway back again in order to kill a bunch of people trapped on a train, AND THEY LET HIM GO! Incredible!
But also good police work to find him in Chicago.

Just wanted to point out to the folks implying this sounds like some Arab terrorist, the guy is most likely of Hawaiian descent, from his last name. "Isaiah" is not a Arabic or muslim name either. That's a Jewish name and Isaiah is never mentioned in the Quran.
