Since Cook County Board President Toni Preckwinkle and Sheriff Tom Dart are social justice warriors and want to keep County Jail empty. The judge that used to preside over bond hearings, Peggy Chiampas was moved from bond court because she was pro law and order.
Sheriff Dart has even sunk so low that he buys pizza for the inmates there to try to bribe them to behave themselves and not to hold their regular circle jerks and other assorted shenanigans.
