THAT.....would be good training ...... for the walls they will be building in Lebanon, Jordan, etc., all in the budget......
The military will not be hands on.
The selected wall contractor/s will be contracted by the military to build the wall. I believe the military agency having responsibility for construction projects off military bases within the CONUS is the US Army Corps of engineers.
Further, there are apparently some wall contracts ready to start today.
We or at least I don’t know where of for what they will be implemented.
