Lawyer Alan Dershowitz on Tuesday said Democrats are "fueling the speculation" around President Trump possibly firing special counsel Robert Mueller, adding that "there never should have been an appointment of special counsel."
"That would create a real problem on the Republican side of the aisle. I dont think hell fire him or should fire him," he added.
"America's Newsroom" anchor Sandra Smith pressed Dershowitz on Trump's weekend tweets.
"The president with his tweets over the weekend and Monday morning saying 'this is the ultimate witch hunt' adds fuel to the fire saying this investigation never should have began in the first place. So what is the strategy there? Why put those things out there?" asked Smith.
Dershowitz responded by saying there had been "no probable cause" of crimes committed by Trump and that meant a special counsel was not necessary.
"First of all, the president is 100 percent right. There never should have been an appointment of special counsel and there was no probable cause that crimes were committed," said Dershowitz. "Ive seen no credible evidence that crimes were committed by the president."

If only Mueller had paid half as much attention to all the terrorist warnings we had since before 9/11.
hahaha...how did you know what the doc said?
I watched Trump yesterday and the man looked weary. I think all of this is draining him. How could it not be I know I am sick of it and I can’t imagine the meat grinder Trump and his family is going through. There seems to be no justice here and it just sickens me to watch it all. The man is a hero for trying but day by day the hammer never stops.
Trump is the VERY LAST hope this country has if it wants to remain first world. I hope he will find the strength to fight the career politicians (controlled by mega-donors) and fight the DC swamp (career bureaucrats) as well.
If he keeps playing golf every week, he will be fine. I played golf in private club for 15+ years, and got to know all 500 members, and seldom saw any members succumb to heart attacks. Even those who played with riding carts. It was usually cancer.
Dershowitz might be ok as a Constitutional learned man, but I dont like him as a human being.
I learned at 16 there are two types of men. The kind who excitedly has sex with a young girl and the kind that wouldnt do it.
And I've seen no credible evidence that this makes the slightest bit of difference to Democrats or their media attack dogs.
Naw. Theyll let him stick around long enough to see all the folks he had some sympathy for go into the dustbin. Then theyll have a big ol party and tip him in with them.

One of America's most famous lawyers, Alan Dershowitz, has settled a drawn-out legal battle with two lawyers who alleged he had sex with an underage girl who was allegedly being exploited by one of his clients.
The original allegations were made in 2014, as part of a lawsuit filed by lawyers Brad Edwards and Paul Cassell on behalf of women who said they were sex trafficked as minors by the financier Jeffrey Epstein a former Dershowitz client.
Dershowitz wasn't named as a defendant, but a motion in the suit said a girl described as Jane Doe No. 3 had been forced to have sex with "powerful people," including Dershowitz.
That allegation spurred Dershowitz to file a motion calling Jane Doe No. 3 a "serial liar" and to tell various media outlets, including this one, that he wanted Cassell and Edwards disbarred. In turn, the two lawyers slapped Dershowitz with a defamation suit claiming he'd waged "a public media assault" against them.
"Edwards and Cassell acknowledge that it was a mistake to have filed sexual misconduct accusations against Dershowitz," the lawyers said in a joint statement.

(I missed this all back when it happened.)
Do you think he was guilty of the "charges"?
Mueller is Literally The Ass-Man.
I pick out Jeff and Rob, who are the other three?
I just had one today. The worst part is that it aggravated my hemorrhoids.
I can understand that. It is not normal to poke a 3 foot long instrument through the anus. But I am sure it is far better to detect colon cancer over some pain with hemorrhoids.
[”First of all, the president is 100 percent right. There never should have been an appointment of special counsel and there was no probable cause that crimes were committed,” said Dershowitz. “Ive seen no credible evidence that crimes were committed by the president.”]
so who approved this illegal investigation and payment for it? is that not defrauding the govt and taxpayers?
Comey said “he asked a friend to share the content of his memo with a reporter because it would prompt a special counsel.”
So when is Mueller going to investigate Comey for leaking his memo?
If Dersh’s goal was to get a bunch of free advertising, he just wrote his own ticket for all the conservative talk air-time he could possibly book.
After no food, a gallon of Miralax and a hand full of Bisacodyl....that baby’s clean as a whistle.

Obviously, I believe Virginia, even though once more in her life she was forced to do things the mans way. Ive been in her position and she sounds more than credible.
