“Is it just me or is anyone else bothered by the constant grandstanding at these press conferences at every major terrorist act or school shooting.”

It’s not just you...

“Professional” Leftist media trained public affairs zampolits have their web spun around much of government, including the military, much the same way the leftist HR mafia does.

I would be a bit more comforted by this last presser if I didn’t’t assume the Feds there were chosen on a basis besides affirmative action.

FOX said it was. Who knows. Maybe the AFT is a bit better in holding their cards closer to the vest than APD and FBI.

The Shertz FedEx bomb was mailed right near the Dawn Song street bike explosion. The suspicious package across the street from the airport was at a FedEx 20 minutes away so all three could very well have been placed in a close timeframe.

The first bombs were purposely placed. Now one has gone off in a FedEx shipping facility.

Is that a test for going after planes?

Don't worry, the 'hard working' fbi agents have this under control.

Boston bombers, Orlando fag nightclub shooter, Ft. Hood muzzie major, high on the list of the 'hard working' fbi agents, the Kalifornikator shooters, the cruz kid from high school, the Vegas shooter{s?}, all success stories.

Did I mention, hildabutchbitch's email server, Uranium One, klintoon foundation, the hard working fbi agents, along with dudlee doright, are one the job and I, for one, feel safe.

Presumptively an Islamic Jihadist even though the Lying Leftist media will never admit that these insane attacks should be looked at and investigated as presumptively Islamic Jihadism until proven otherwise.

LMFAO!!! Yeah.....riiiiighhhtttt.
I always enjoyed the Keystone Kops as a little kid...never thought I’d see the day they’d be live and in action. They have NO CREDIBILITY anymore....destroyed by liberalism. They should be totally shutdown and replaced. They’re a nothing burger...a politicized weapon, that’s about it.

Everyone buying a bomb should be required to endure a background check! ‘

Is it just me or is anyone else bothered by the constant grandstanding at these press conferences at every major terrorist act or school shooting. I realize that people have a right to know but this just seems to me to be giving notoriety to people who have instant fame as their main goal in life. How about a simple press release printed and handed out to the media.

We are at a rather troublesome point in history where we have instant communications and a media that needs to fill 24 hours a day with something; and that “something” needs to get attention from the 42M other websites and news feeds out there on the web. This leads to every event of every day being portrayed in the media as the most important event of the century.

This event is then replaced with the next hysterically reported event. Weather, bombers, Civil War statues, Las Vegas shooting. It doesn’t matter what event, every one is portrayed as the most important event ever in world history. The current event is then replaced with the next event, also reported with hysteria cranked up to 11. It can’t be healthy for the general public to suffer this sort of media onslaught on a continuous basis.

It's not just the grandstanding that's bothersome. It is these alphabet organizations like the ATF and FBI (that is costing us hundreds of millions of dollars a year) who are great at harassing law abiding citizens and seem clueless when someone starts bombing innocents. I mean look at Cruz? How much more of a warning did the FBI need?

One recent trend in press conferences is that no one stands up there alone anymore; they are always backed up by a crowd of other officials or “average citizens,” usually including several “people of color.” I think this is a leftist thing, to show that the speaker is backed up by, and is speaking for, “the people.”

Pressers are multiple officials and agencies spending most of the time congratulating each other, a small bit of time answering questions and the remainder saying they can’t comment. Pointless ritual.

Thanks for that link.

Hogg could wake up one day and find himself facing liability issues for advocating violence.

There used to be enforcement of a law against people crossing state lines to engage in rioting or advocating violence.
