It's not just the grandstanding that's bothersome. It is these alphabet organizations like the ATF and FBI (that is costing us hundreds of millions of dollars a year) who are great at harassing law abiding citizens and seem clueless when someone starts bombing innocents. I mean look at Cruz? How much more of a warning did the FBI need?

You’re not the only one. I find it so distasteful when gov’t officials get in front of a microphone and start patting themselves on the back about how wonderful they are when a tragedy has occurred.
