The UK doesn’t have a single document constitution but it does have a body of constitutional law.

Governments derive their just powers from the consent of the governed. The people delicate their authority to them.
If the government is no longer respecting the consent of the people, then the U.K. people are now slaves.
Their government has no moral right to rule the people nor do they possess any methods of enforcement and the people of the U.K. have true reason to fear their government.

I’m not sure I get your beef with this. You post an article which states that the UK and the EU have signed a legal agreement putting a date on when the UK will complete it’s leaving of all EU processes and then you start complaining that the UK govt is trying to stay in the EU.
