Attorney General Jeff Sessions is considering firing top FBI official Andrew McCabe before he officially retires from the bureau in a few days, a move that could deprive the outgoing deputy director of pension benefits, Fox News has confirmed.
Sources said if McCabe is terminated by close of business this Friday, that would mean McCabe would not receive a government pension.
A source told Fox News that McCabe's pension is in "jeopardy."

Good!Do it!
Sessions is good at mulling, and mulling, and mulling....
my bet is he chickens out.
Now if, on the other hand, McCabe stated he was GOING TO GET *HIGH* after retiring....
.....??
Sessions mulling is like a cow chewing its cudit goes on and on.
OMG!
Little Jeff might do something!
The time for mulling is over.
Just Do It, Jeff.
Make an example poster child of this horrible government employee . . .
Signed,
American Taxpayer
.
Do it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
.
McCabe is the sacrificial lamb. Even if he is fired before Friday, the corrupt state will make sure he’s taken care of...So, no chance of him talking. Not that Sessions and Horowitz would want to listen.
Why announce, just do your darned job and fire him!!
Something other than two pot seeds in a carpet, or cash that a LEO can pocket.

One revelation in the documents came from an interview with an unidentified person who suggested that Freedom of Information Act requests related to Clinton went through a group sometimes called "the Shadow Government."
"There was a powerful group of very high-ranking state officials that some referred to as 'The 7th Floor Group' or 'The Shadow Government.' This group met every Wednesday afternoon to discuss the FOIA process, Congressional records, and everything CLINTON-related to FOIA/Congressional inquiries," the FBI's interview summary said.

LA TIMES: FBI's new second-in-command makes decisions, not headlines (Andrew McCabe - 7th Floor FBI Shadow Government)
May 05, 2016
From his perch on the 7th floor of FBI headquarters, Andrew McCabe is one of the most powerful figures in U.S. law enforcement, but most Americans would be hard-pressed to pick him out of a lineup.

There’s no mulling; it’s over. Done. Fini.
When do people get a clue? SMH.
Where he should be going, he won’t have to worry about his living expenses.
If the snake can’t be arrested at least fire him...
Surely, pensions can’t be revoked that easily. There must be more involved than just being fired. Fired for misconduct, maybe — but there must be more to it. This could be a multi-million dollar penalty, there must be some sort of due process.
