I think if the "social media" companies were smart (and I'm not suggesting they are ..... ) they'd simply discontinue their availability in the EU completely and let the real social unrest erupt on the elected and unelected bureaucrats.
But then, the "social media" companies are in cahoots with same elected and unelected bureaucrats in monitoring and controlling the masses.
