Tillerson was a CEO, and as such very risk averse. He would be great at going with the flow, and steering the ship gently with the flow. He would not be one I’d expect to stand up to the flow and cause disruption. And he didnt.

I might have missed it, but I can’t think of one objection ever from the left that Tillerson was a right wing tool of “big oil”. They must have liked him.
