“... the legislative branch can sure do something about it. They’d only have to impeach a couple of these overreaching activist judges and the remaining may just get the message.”

You are exactly right. The following is a list of the 15 impeached federal judges. That’s right — only 15. Five of them were in the 1800s. Only five since WWII.

What are you gonna do besides talk about it, Jeffie?

Somebody needs to break the news to Sleepy Sessions that he is no longer a do nothing Senator and he now has levers of federal government power he can use.

It really does seem like Session still thinks he is a Senator the way he runs his mouth while doing nothing.

“Sessions has gotten a lot more active the past month.”

Well it wouldn’t take much to do that. as for these renegade Judges, talk is cheap. He should call on Congress to do something to do something about them.

He'll settle back down, it's just diaper rash.

Jeffie is moving a bit now but the old mule has sure needed a lot of whippin’.

Here’s one for ya Jeff: Why do you still allow California to access the NCIC database? Or other LE services provided by the Federal government?

You can stop that anytime. A state has to be certified to participate in that, and non-cooperation like protecting criminals is absolute grounds for cutting them off.

When Xavier Becerra finds out his Mexican Mafia thugs can’t log into their favorite database and see if their buddies are on some BOLO watchlist, they’re gonna get frantic. Do something stupid...which is what we want them to do.

So do it Jeffie. Grow a set and stop talking.

Just do it.

The Attorney General can’t do anything about this problem, but Congress can. Under their power to establish jurisdiction for courts created by them, Congress can prohibit courts from issuing injunctions extending beyond their district or circuit.

Now you are cooking with gas. Federal immigration law is not a buffet. States can not pick and choose which parts they want to abide by.

Is there a petition to pardon the Hammond's or commute their sentence?

Has Pres Trump commented on the case?

“The house has the “power of the purse”. They can defund any court that make a ruling that is extra constitutional.”

And then another activist judge issues an injunction against it.

As Carol Bundy, Cliven’s wife put it last year.

“silence from President Trump”

That’s pretty amazing considering a man the POTUS himself was campaigning with in New Hampshire during the primary in 2016 is sitting in prison over Bunkerville right now.

Jerry DeLemus, a Marine who was co-chairman of the New Hampshire Veterans Coalition for Trump, is locked up for 87 months in the same jail as Anthony Weiner who is only going to do 27 months max.

Cliven Bundy wrote a letter from jail endorsing Donald J. Trump for President right before the election.

The Hammonds continue to be jailed as “terrorists” for lighting a backfire to protect their land from a brushfire.

Holder would send the DOJ on an investigation of said judges and dig dirt on them... Sessions... nah. All talk zero imagination ...

It is what we call a vague date, she does not give a specific way or hour for pick up but says yes,mie she is avoiding confrontation and is going somehwere else with someone else that day, don’t bother sending flowers ahead.

“The court is not superior; the court does not get to have the final word in every dispute, give me a break,” he said. “

Then why are you ‘taking California to court’ instead of enforcing the rule of law? This guy needs to go, ASAP
