Not in the case of #80... Mexican. It’s my home town. Left in 1987 and have only been back a handful of times since. It’s horrible. All my family left too.
Well, no. Some of these towns have a large % of blacks, some dont. Others seem to be pretty average.
But if it makes you feel better to blame “the negro”, then by all means act like places such as Anchorage, Alaska or Holyoke, Massachusetts are on this list because of them.
