For some reason, there seems to be an inordinate amount of disdain for Jews among the French-Canadian community. Many, if not most, of the Quebequois I know are very anti-Jew.

Many, if not most, of the Quebequois I know are very anti-Jew. My personal dealings with the Quebecois is that they are against anyone who ISN'T Quebecois. And that includes most of their fellow Canadians.
Given my choice of cities to visit for vacation, I think I'd take Baghdad over Montreal these days.
