Schools have acted like they are above it all for a few years now. The educational system seems to be on it’s own planet where no gun zones work and student and teachers can be suspended for thought control infractions.

This seems like a failure for his union to defend him, and for the school and everyone to disparage him for having an opinion. I hope he sues them all, and wins lots of money.
There was a thread about this a few days ago. The good news is the kids walked out of school in support of the teacher. The school threatened to cancel the senior trip and the prom but the kids didn’t back down. I haven’t heard if the teacher was reinstated.
And school policy is for staff to shield students from gunfire with their unarmed body’s?
