He did not recuse himself from malfeasance or outright criminality. He is currently violating his oath of office.

Yes, how f-ing long do we have to endure this sh*t!!!

Mueller has the particulars of a 'Bill of Impeachment' against President Trump ready to go right now. He is timing for best effect, probably June-August of 2020. He just needs to stay where he is now until then. So he keeps dribbling small fish accusation until then.

The AG has the authority to approve or disapprove of any new direction the Special Counsel wants to take. Sessions gave that authority to Rosenstein. Where’s the malfeasance or criminality?

The source for this insight into the inner workings of Mueller’s team is the NY Times. Ignore at your leisure.

If Rosenstein and Sessions would keep us informed about the scope of the investigation, then there wouldn't be any questions.

But Rod and Jeff are above all that. They're "independent". They answer to nobody.

This whole thing is clearly an attack on our nation...how long must we endure these traitors? They are hurting our nation to the point of putting us all at great risk.

___

You're right.

It looks like there just are not enough good guys left in government, and America has run out of luck because of it.

It's dark out there.

If they simply en-panel another Special Prosecutor to investigate U1, they get the bunch of them. Put heat on Mulehead about his actions.

Why doesn’t Mueller investigate the Klingons, or the Zatarians? Or the Vulcans, can’t trust anyone with pointy ears. My Rice Krispies told me an anonymous source told them Trump colluded with the Jedis, those *bleeping* light saber weilding Jedis.

‘Bills of Impeachment’ are written in Congress, not by the DOJ. The most Mueller can have is an indictment.

Sessions likely didn’t have to give the authority, for this one, since he’s recused.

They don’t talk about it, even discuss it, etc.

RR will let this snake make whichever turns it wants to take. :(

Enough is enough.

THE CLINTON-RUSSIAN CONNECTION IN CASE MUELLER NEEDS IT (SMIRK)

EXCERPT An FBI report said: Huma Abedin was shown an email dated October 4, 2009 with the subject ‘Fwd: US interest in Pak Paper 10-04’ which Abedin received from [redacted] and then forwarded to her Yahoo email account. …

At the time of the email, [name redacted] worked for Richard Holbrooke who was the Special Representative for Afghanistan and Pakistan (SRAP). Abedin was unaware of the classification of the document and stated that she did not make judgments on the classification of materials that she received.

The U.S. charged Russian intelligence agent Igor Sushchin with hacking half a billion Yahoo accounts last March, in one of the largest cyber-breaches in history, The Associated Press reported. Sushchin was an intelligence agent with Russia’s Federal Security Service—the successor to the KGB—and was also working as security director for Renaissance Capital, Russian media said.

“It is unknown to the grand jury whether [Renaissance] knew of his FSB affiliation,” the indictment of Sushchin says. Renaissance Capital paid Bill Clinton $500,000 for a speech in 2010 that was attended by Russian officials and corporate leaders. The speech prompted a thank-you note from Russian President Vladimir Putin. Renaissance Capital is owned by Russian oligarch Mikhail Prokhorov, who also owned the Brooklyn Nets basketball team. He unsuccessfully ran for Russian president against Putin in 2012.

Sushchin’s indictment says “the conspirators sought access to the Yahoo Inc. email accounts of Russian journalists; Russian and U.S. government officials,” and others. Information about the accounts such as usernames and password challenge questions and answers were stolen for 500 million accounts, the indictment says. It does not mention Abedin’s account. A hacker called “Peace” claimed to be selling data from 200 million Yahoo users.

The user data also included people’s alternate email addresses, often work accounts tying a Yahoo user to an organization of interest. The hackers were able to generate “nonces” that allowed them to read emails “via external cookie minting” for some accounts. —SNIP— (SOURCE Luke Rosiak, Daily Caller—Jan 2018)

Not even near Russia and no where close to all of those millions in donations that 0bleeka got, from UAE...and OTHER foreigners, via those fake credit cards.

This is total BS.

Pray for a Repubbie blow out, in the upcoming mid-terms, so we can put this nonsense to rest.

I didn’t mean that he gave him authority about this specific instance.
He gave him all the authority when he appointed him.

Abedin further explained that it was difficult to print from the DoS system

I can't believe Congress would accept that as a valid excuse, much less the DOJ. The only thing that would make it 'difficult' for the print'ee would be printers set up to track usercode and pages per.
