The AG has the authority to approve or disapprove of any new direction the Special Counsel wants to take. Sessions gave that authority to Rosenstein. Where’s the malfeasance or criminality?

Sessions likely didn’t have to give the authority, for this one, since he’s recused.
They don’t talk about it, even discuss it, etc.
RR will let this snake make whichever turns it wants to take. :(
