She persisted even after he’d won.

AND she didn’t want to step down after being busted driving blotto and pulling rank with the “DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM?” card.

Did that drunken witch in the Texas ethics office ever have to pay back the taxpayers for hounding Tom DeLay?

Ronnie Earl not the drunken witch. They paid nothing!

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rosemary_Lehmberg
In 2011, Lehmberg denied that the sentencing of former House Representative Tom DeLay to three years in prison was a form of political payback by her office. DeLay’s conviction was reversed on appeal; the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals found that prosecutors had insufficient evidence to prove their case.[8][9]

She was also on top of Rick Perry’s partisan indictment

Texas district attorney’s arrest for drunken driving is at center of Gov. Rick Perry’s indictment

ormer House Majority Leader Tom DeLay (R-Texas) was feeling a bit of déjà vu on Monday after Texas Gov. Rick Perry was indicted by the same office that DeLay faced nine years ago.

“This is what they do, this is how they intimidate the elected officials in the state Legislature and the governor and around the state,” DeLay said on Fox News’ “Fox and Friends.” “If you say anything bad or against this office, they’ll go after you.”

DeLay’s comments came after Perry was indicted on Friday on two felony charges — one count of abuse of official capacity and another for coercion of a public servant. The case stems from a dispute between Perry and Rosemary Lehmberg, the Travis County district attorney and head of the state’s Public Integrity Unit who was arrested for drunken driving in April 2013 and was sentenced to 45 days in jail. In the wake of that incident, Perry demanded that Lehmberg resign or he would veto funding for the Public Integrity Unit. When she refused to resign, Perry followed through with his threats with a line-item veto.

Nine years ago, the same unit had taken issue with DeLay and charged him with money laundering and conspiracy relating to his fundraising for the 2002 elections.

Almost all of the Obama Admin plus many appointees were communists. Look at his Chief of Staff. Her father owned two commie newspapers in Chicago.

Mueller is a dirty Cop!

If he was this diligent investigating the IRS & Lois Lerner then I would give him a pass on his TRUMP witchhunt!

Yep.

Mueller and the Left have been red-baiting trying to turn the tide against the Trump administration.

Will mueller take his own life given that even he must realize what a life-loser he is?

“Trump would bring a tidal wave of energy against himself if he ended Mueller’s project. If there’s nothing there, he night as well let them make fools of themselves.”

That’s the only way to handle it.

Condoleza Rice is now out there begging them to call off the ‘investigation’. Whoever sent her out (and was not Trump) sent her out to the media, not to mueller. Watching for the next RINO Clintonobamabush to do this.

They would be very happy to be dismantled by someone they could claim is on Trump’s team. Maybe they were assuming that would have happened at some point, knowing Republicans.

They could quit before the truth comes out, and keep public suspicion on Trump.

Why SHOULD Trump do them that favor?

To save taxpayer money? Hes already saved us many trillions keeping hillary out of the White House.

This is his only play. He knows from when he fired Comey.

I have 100% agreement with this. Those bringing fruitless charges need to be made to pay the bill, particularly in cases that are taxpayer-paid. It should stop trying to build cases where there is no foundation to build on.
