Revitalizing Chinatown and the H Street corridor? Someone has been smoking Barry’s crack pipe. There is an extraordinary wave of remarkable revitalizations transforming DC. All of them started after Barry finally left the mayor’s office. The renaissance actually began with Anthony Williams and the control board era. Amazing what a difference honest and reasonably competent government makes.
