I’d like to know when the DOJ, Sessions etc is going to start to investigate Clinton, why that corrupt witch has not been arrested, or even charged is pissing me off.
Any of us had done half of what she has would now be in a federal prison.

RICO is supposed to be used to fight racketeering. They frequently use it to chase after tax evaders and pot growers, for crying out loud.
But this is a rock solid point — this is systematic crime to aid and abet systematic crime. It involved crossing NATIONAL borders and thus it is under federal jurisdiction.
It could even arguably be called a foreign invasion. Thus, it is espionage as well — supporting foreign enemies, such as MS-13, drug cartels, and human traffikers who support the enemy cause of Re Conquista, ‘conquest’.
