A paedophile jailed after he stripped, sexually assaulted, and brutally beat a teenager before leaving her for dead is being allowed out of prison every day to run a taxi service.
Kyle John, 26, drives a Home Office minibus ferrying other prisoners to work placements.
John was branded a danger to society and locked up indefinitely for the brutal attack which saw a schoolgirl left for dead, naked in the snow.
Her back was broken, her jaw and eye socket were smashed, and a doctor said she had the worst assault injuries he had seen in 28 years.
But seven years later John drives out of the prison gates every day clocking up hundreds of miles on the white minibus.
John was photographed picking up a prisoner from a university campus where hundreds of young women are potentially at risk.
Four days later he was pictured dropping a prisoner off outside Cardiff’s Holiday Inn.
A prison insider said: “Kyle John picks the prisoner up from the university most nights of the week.
“He was given an indeterminate sentence but he has landed one of the most privileged jobs for prisoners.
“The public has no idea that a man like him is circulating in society while serving their prison sentence.
“His victim and her family would be horrified.”
'Monster' uncle abused his own niece and nephews when they were as young as two John was a carpentry student when he attacked the 15-year-old girl after a drinking session with his friends two days before Christmas.
She was stripped, beaten and sexually assaulted in the attack which left her “unrecognisable” and police didn’t know if they were dealing with a male or female victim.
John dragged her unconscious into the undergrowth and left her for dead close to the town centre of Aberdare.
Cardiff Crown Court heard she would have died from hypothermia but she was found in the nick of time.
Her face and body were cut and swollen and John left his calling card on her forehead – the imprint of his shoe.
John, of Barry, claimed he couldn’t remember anything about the attack because he’d had so much to drink.
But he pleaded guilty to grievous bodily harm with intent and sexual penetration. Charges of rape and attempted murder were allowed to lie on the file.
Judge John Curran gave him an indeterminate sentence with a minimum term of five years.
The judge told him: “You carried out a brutal, sustained and violent assault on a 15-year-old girl with sexual motivation.”
The Home Office is reluctant to give details of where John has served his sentence but he is currently at HMP Prescoed, near Pontypool.

The prison insider said: “He is totally unsupervised with a van-load of prisoners who have committed various offences.
“He drops them at hotels and restaurants where they work in the kitchens and even at call centres.
“His regular run is to Cardiff Metropolitan University where he picks up a prisoner who goes there to study.
“There is always a risk of him absconding but it’s a cushy number so he’s probably better off seeing out his sentence.”
A Prison Service spokesman said: “Any individual released on temporary licence will be rigorously risk assessed and subject to a thorough set of conditions.
“GPS trackers are kept in all prison-issue vehicles to closely monitor offenders, with strict driving routes enforced by a dedicated member of staff.
“Where we can safely use prisoner labour to reduce cost to the taxpayer we do so – but offenders face being returned to tougher, closed prisons if they fail to comply with their release conditions.”

They do it for the same reason they mispronounce words like schedule as Se-JEW-el and aluminum as Al-U-Men-EEE-um The aluminum one is particularly egregious because they don’t use the same mispronunciation for Titanium, Magnesium, Sodium, and Uranium or any other of the metals with the same ending.
The latest Brit miss-speak I’ve heard is to add an “h” to words like Such so Shuch because there is a non-spelled “sh” sound in some other words like Sugar (pronounced Shugar)
I think the root of all of this is they want to differentiate themselves from US English. What a bunch of insecure pikers

I had a guy come over from England and was my boss for awhile. After 6 months he was still calling things a “lift”, a “lorrie”, etc.
I didn’t care for him - he thought he was “all-that”, and mentioned that in America it is an elevator and a truck.
One time he told me to load up the lorrie with the “kit” (our gear).
He gets down to the warehouse and the truck is empty. “I thought I told you to put the kit into the lorrie!?” I just gave him a dumb look.
“Okay - the gear into the truck!!”
“Ohhhhh! Okay!”
(He never did call it a lorrie again!) I never did break him of the “kit” - but that is sort of American still (First Aid Kit...)
England’s justice is as shitty as ours in too many cases like this.

Do they even understand that once you get rid of the death penalty the Left then starts working on reducing all sentencing, to the point that 10 years in jail is about the maximum for any crime now?
