I don't mind British mispronunciations; I can at least make sense of most of them. It's the French mispronunciations I can't stand. They can't even get Vincennes, Orleans, or Versailles right.

I suppose it's the way of the world. You say the Brits are affected. Native Ebonics speakers say the same about you.
