The US threatened unilateral action against Iran after Russia vetoed a UN Security Council resolution on Tehrans failure to stop its weapons from reaching Houthi rebels in Yemen.
"If Russia is going to continue to cover for Iran then the US and our partners need to take action on our own, said US ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley on Monday.
If were not going to get action on the council then we have to take our actions.
Ms Haley did not specify what kind of action could be taken.
Russia on Monday vetoed the resolution that would have expressed concern over Irans failure to block supplies of missile to the Houthis and called for additional measures.
It marks the second time in recent days that the Russian ambassador has used his position to shield a regional ally in the Middle East.

Did you miss the big change in power over in SA and the arrest of the back actors in royalty? Their money was taken by the new King, too. This is money that was used for terrorism and corruption. Saudi money used to buy our politicians is dried up.
The new king is supposedly going to liberalize SA...by Muslim standards, that is. New King made a big deal about Trump’s visit where they held discussions.

Another one thinks the new boss is not just like the old boss.
Nothing has dried up as evident by Haley’s speech.
I’m not surprised.

I presume she's talking about economic sanctions, which is fine though Europe won't follow so it won't be a we. The Saudi's can handle any military problems.
