I read the article, thanks for posting. So what's the money cycle? Kurdish crude oil to Iran,-refined oil to Iraq,- cash to Kurd province, I guess.

ISIS mucks up Kurds, Iraqis, and Iranians. Am I mistaken that Turkey is ok with that? And OK with ISIS?

I doubt there is a more convoluted diplomatic relationship in galactic history than the 'middle east'.
