The Broward County Sheriff’s Office has released the booking report on the arrest of Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooting suspect Nikolas Cruz.

A sworn statement was obtained from witness, __________, who is employed as a Campus Monitor at Stoneman Douglas High School. _________ stated that he observed Cruz, who he recognized as a former troubled student, arrive at the school in a small goldish colored vehicle. ________ stated that Cruz was wearing a maroon colored shirt, black pants and a black hat. _________ stated that Cruz was carrying a black duffel bag and wearing a black back pack. ________ stated that he radioed his co-worker to alert him that Cruz was walking purposefully toward the 1200 building. _________ stated that within a minute, he heard gunshots and called a "Code Red", indicating an emergency on Campus. To be fair, if the deputy had reason to know that Cruz was likely to be armed and dangerous, proper police procedure most likely would have been to await backup before confronting the suspect.
Four deputies failing to stop Cruz is another matter entirely.
Pray somebody steps up that knows that there is corruption. Some reallllly sick stuff going on. Know its more then here though. Wicked times for sure.

Thank you very much for typing that up - that answers a lot of the questions. I’m guessing that the “Campus Monitor” monitored the situation. Too bad he wasn’t like the hall monitor that Doonesbury used to draw - sitting in his machine-gun nest in the hallway.
The “Campus Monitor” (name redacted) mentioned as a witness in the booking report might have been a private security guard and not police licensed as police by the State. Is that correct? Or might the Campus Monitor have given the information and signature for the report before he died?
According to other news reports, another “campus monitor” (an “Aaron Feis”) died while trying to protect the students (coach for “American Football,” also described as an “assistant coach” who also worked as a security guard at the school, according to other news reports).
My two cents!
Wow. Stunning. No one can understand what was going through the mind of the resource officer, but given how the event has been politicized, how Sheriff Israel is a known Arkansas Medusa supporter, and how a troubled student was allowed to walk into the school without any intervention by the resource officer, I get Las Vegas-style bad vibes about this event.
