The school added Joe Messina, the father, “is no longer allowed on campus because of a pattern of behavior.” They declined to provide further details.

Unless they have a restraining order, this is more harassment. Schools are public property and child caregivers. Under caregiver law, management is required to meet with parents when asked, and after checking in with the office, parents can even spot-audit classes. Sue them into tomorrow.
