First thanks very much for posting.
I had thought that 3 ROTC students were shot and now see that three have died. Has anyone seen anything suggesting that these three or other ROTC students were intended targets?
Photos showed him in an ROTC shirt (which may have been to gain admission to the campus and building) but I have been wondering if he was making a statement and seeking revenge against the program or specific students.
