Averaging at 177 cases a day, child sex crime allegations including rape and grooming are at a record high in the UK, the NSPCC has warned. Figures compiled from Freedom of Information requests submitted to police forces across Britain found there were a total of 64,667 sex crimes against children under the age of 18 reported in 2016/17 — a rise of 15 per cent from the previous year.
Almost 14,000 of the cases involved alleged offences against children aged 10 or under, while 2,788 were allegedly carried out against children aged four or under.
NSPCC chief executive Peter Wanless said: “This dramatic rise is extremely concerning and shows just how extensive child sexual abuse is.
“These abhorrent crimes can shatter a child’s life, leaving them to feel humiliated, depressed or even suicidal.
“That is why it is crucial every single child who has endured abuse and needs support must get timely, thorough help so they can learn to rebuild their lives.”

Did you know that in the now long gone old Italian neighborhoods there were no child molesters and the crime rate was very, very low despite almost no police presence? Lot to be said about organizations that enforced community standards.

Only 30% of child sexual abuse is reported, so take these statistics and up the numbers to what would be 100%, that explains the issues teens and young adults deal with.
Serious teen/young adult issues are dealt with by individual. Cutting, which is part of tattoo lifestyle is painful and used by those victims as psychological relief. Of course, there are those who want to be part of crowd. But think about that. We can look around and see unspoken pain everywhere.

So many victims that they would destroy the statistics used to show how “peaceful” their hamlet was.
Of course, having 1000+ victims of a single gang that one did nothing to stop does tend to have that effect on statistics.
So the UK police cook the stats and do nothing for the victims.
