By his behavior over time one can surmise McCain’s Senate duties, junkets, foreign conferences, and news media appearances have always taken precedence during their marriage. Given McCain’s work, and self promotion, was his life’s priority it makes sense his spouse would be carrying his message to an foreign conference of elites while he is home in bed slowly slipping into eternal darkness. McCain and his wife know this may be his last chance to be heard on the national stage. Once he breathes his last breath, even his elitist friends will no longer care what he thought or did.
