This attack at Parkland had no rationale. He apparently did not shoot at anyone he knew or wanted to die. His knew “parents” are former military and had instilled some discipline in him that he was apparently keeping fairly well.
The “parents” admitted he was depressed over the loss of his true mother in November so there was rage but no rage at any one or anything. For lack of a better word, he killed those people because he could. It gave him a sense of control that he probably lacked in everything else. Nikolas probably had a very low self esteem with no girlfriend and no friends at all. He was probably bullied in school.
My point is that the weapon used was immaterial. He had unresolved anger and felt a need to express it.

The left doesn’t want to solve the problem and care less about murder as they are Satan’s proponent of baby killing. Their real care is about eliminating the Second Amendment which in turn will substantially eliminate our Republic. The school massacre to them is the gift that keeps on giving. This is who they are.

There were school officials from a small private school near us on the radio mentioning that they were well armed trained and prepared to protect themselves. “Gun Free Zones” should just be called what they are... sitting duck zones. There are currently enough psychos around that it has now become totally irresponsible not to have people with guns protecting school kids. Liberals have got their heads in the sand on this one.

But, I don’t listen to Rush for decades because he obfuscates the REAL problem which is the dehumanizing Prussian (socialist) indoctrination centers. The whole system is UNCONSTITUTIONAL and we have to get BACK the minds of our children. They are being brainwashed and their minds are being destroyed (no ability to think—no integration of the mind, period)........We need to ban all screens below the age of 13 like they do in Waldorf schools and return Classical Christian curricula and ban any type of day cares or “kindergartens” —children need to be in the family structure and with a parent’s or family until 7 like our Founders. They need to memorize the Bible, songs, poems, etc. in the home like a Lincoln or Ben Franklin. Free Play and Free Association is essential in early childhood so their brains are integrated correctly-—and loving interaction with mother and father so they can embed social cues so they can learn to relate in a healthy way with all people. Their play with young children should be free and unorganized like in childhoods for 10 thousand years so people can truly think like a Mark Twain or a Thomas Jefferson.
Children are being programmed by screens and with the Prussian socialist brainwashing system which destroys the mapping of the brain and turns them into “bots” and addicts. No inner control—virtue formation only occurs with free play and free association as our Founders knew. With helicopter, programmed children, they embed dependency on authority figures and drugs and outer materialist things-—video games, etc. because their brains are empty or full of mush. Ignorant—non-thinking-—just emotions control everything.
Rush should be condemning the dehumanizing, satanic skool system and the unconstutional legal system which needs to dismantle the Federal Reserve and Marxist Income Tax Act and take back trillions that the Rothschild cabal stole from us and put them in prison for using our people for their evil wars. If we don’t correct the legal system and school system NOTHING changes-—it will only get worse as more and more of the system rots the brains of our children and makes them into little evil non-thinking socialists (ideologues) and they kill and maim more of our young patriotic males.

Florida has some stupid laws that prevent teachers and even schools from getting these potential problems (who have been known practically since kindergarten) out of the classroom and into treatment.
Many of them are the children of single mothers - either divorced, as in the case of the Sandy Hook killer - or widowed, as in the case of this latest killer. This is not to criticize these mothers, but there are a lot of strange dynamics going on and no male authority.
Nikolas had apparently attacked his mother many times and she was scared of him...but she protected him, just like the mother of the Sandy Hook killer and the family of the Charleston killer.
They need to meet reality in the form of a school that calls them in and tells them their chilld is not going to be able to attend until he has had an in-patient psychological evaluation.
And if the school still has any concerns, since a parent with money, such as the mother of the Sandy Hook killer, can easily buy a psychological exam, the school has to have the right to reject the child and law enforcement has to have the right to monitor him if he wants to live at home.
Personally, I think involuntary commitment to a residential adolescent mental health facility, properly monitored by the parents and a guardian ad litem, would be the best and safest solution for all concerned. Including the child, since one of my best friends and his wife spent years trying to control and get help for their manic depressive and suicidal son...but all they could do was Baker Act him, which means in Florida a 72 hour ommtimetl.
After the kid’s last commitment, he got into his car and drove it into the side of a bridge and killed himself just as he had told his father he would do.
If so, and if Rush had had a picture of the coach’s pistol - or another specimen of the same model - he could have posited it as a memorial to the dead coach, and even to the other murder victims.
Both concealed and open. In every damn school.
Guards - armed of course - at the gates. But a certain strategic number of the faculty and staff should go through proper training and be surreptitiously armed for such an attack. Pay them extra of course. Make sure the arms are either concealed carried or safely stored hidden.

BTW, I'd rather have concealed carry. Open carry students will freak out over seeing a gun.
Oh, that is sad. If he were armed he would be alive and many kids would be ok today. We need more guns in school.
I picture the standard procedure of body-armored paramilitary force LEO’s hunkserd down behind their armored vehicles during active shooter situations, and think, “Yeah, Mr. Jones from 3rd period History will handle it”.
We need psych nurses in schools. Gun control is way too late.
In Israel almost everyone has military training and an understanding of weapons. In USA teachers are snowflakes and generally not very bright. No way will educational types cooperate.
My wife is a school teacher and if she could carry she would. She wants to be able to shoot back, and she’s a great shot too.
Move to Idaho. they passed a law about a year ago to allow certain people to CC on campus. Idaho is a permitless CC and open carry state. low crime, because scum don’t want to get shot by granny carrying a 38.
