looks that way. The minor boy should have been taken into cps the day the mother died. Social services at the hospital should have been involved. They should also have stepped into the assist the 18yo with things like SS benefits. It looks more and more like both were allowed to drift. And why didn’t they remain in their own home in the first place - why were both boys homeless?
