Review, review, review.

This must never happen again. We cannot fire the people who f***ed the thing up so badly, so we’ll rewrite the manuals and hold meetings.

They got a regular Chinese Fire Drill over there, don’t they? I can’t see any reason Rosie and Wray are not gone. Cut. Axed. Escorted out of the building with their personal effects. Any complaints from the media, congress, or anybody else should be met with - they were up to their ears in conflicts. They couldn’t possibly be objective in their positions.

We cannot fire the people who f***ed the thing up so badly, so we’ll rewrite the manuals and hold meetings at a lavish resort with golf, gambling, hot tubs and steak and lobster.

FIXED!

I understand your sarcasm but an alternative idea that might work is for every federal department and agency to have a division that functions like a closet to store those who fail in the most obvious endeavors, like investigations, corrections, and like activities.

Congress could specify that the closet is automatically dismissed once a year....etc.
