The Justice Department on Friday indicted 13 Russian nationals and three Russian groups of violating criminal laws with the intent to interfere with "with U.S. elections and political processes", according to agency.

According to the agency, "the indictment charges all of the defendants with conspiracy to defraud the United States, three defendants with conspiracy to commit wire fraud and bank fraud, and five defendants with aggravated identity theft."

The indictment says that some defendants "communicated with unwitting individuals associated with the Trump campaign" without revealing their association with Russia. The indictment also says the defendants posted negative information about a number of candidates during the last general election.

"Defendants operations included supporting the presidential campaign on then-candidate Donald J. Trump and disparaging Hillary Clinton" his Democratic rival, according to the indictment.

Yes, and it will go on forever. If this were the end, they would say so. Also, the indictments indicate co-conspirators. This isn't really clear.

This special council is now an additional branch of government because they have just justified their existence into the unlimited future... and, how can anybody get rid of them, or sell the truth about a coup. That time has come and gone. Mueller got in his knock-out punch against whatever truth is to follow.

I don’t believe for even one millisecond that anyone in the Russian govt ever wanted Trump to defeat Hillary. It’s ridiculous for anyone to ever believe that. The Russians could work Hillary, they could fool her, they could bribe her and they could blackmail her. So to think that they wanted Trump to win is nonsense.

This (to my untrained eye) looks like a legal nothing-burger. Let me guess: none of the individuals indicted are currently on American soil, and they will never return. The “entities” will never be prosecuted, either, and will simply morph into something else.

I haven’t heard when the indictments were actually handed down, but this looks like something that was pre-packaged and could have been announced at any time. I believe two events influenced the Friday afternoon indictment dump: first, the Florida school shooting. The FBI screwed up big time, and it only reinforces the notion that much of the agency is so politicized it cannot do its job, or even supervise agents, analysts and technicians who are trying to perform assigned tasks. Rosenstein, Wray and the rest know that any tidbit on “Russia, Russia, Russia” will send the MSM into a feeding frenzy and divert attention from those 17 students and teachers who died (in part) due to FBI incompetence.

The second event, as others have observed, is the appointment of Judge Sullivan to handle the Flynn case. Sullivan has absolutely no tolerance for any sort of prosecutorial tomfoolery and Mueller and Co have been playing fast and loose since day one. Predictably, Byron York is one of the few journalists who have been following Judge Sullivan’s actions since taking on the case. He reported that Judge Sullivan immediately ordered Muller to produce any evidence that might aid Gen Flynn’s defense—despite the fact he has already entered a guilty plea—and Sullivan told Mueller that he, not the prosecutor, will determine what evidence might be beneficial to Flynn’s defense team.

Sullivan got his fill of government inaction and failure to produce required documents during the IRS case and the litigation over Hillary’s e-mails. Mueller and his band of Democratic loyalists understand there’s a new sheriff in town and they’re going to play their hand more carefully from this point forward. Look for them to re-energize some of their probes into financial activities; the collusion narrative is done.

Hey Mueller, Hey Jeff Sessions, this Hail Mary by Mueller indicting Russian trolls is an absolute disgrace. Is this all Mueller has? Time to shut this 'by the book' manufactured crisis down.

Hat tip Liz:

It is possible that Obama, Rice, Farkas, Brennan, McCabe, Bill and Hillary and anyone else who colluded in this, and who saw the intel may have committed other federal offenses including but not limited to:

<><> Title 18 U.S.C. §1341, Mail Fraud, 18 U.S.C.§1001, no Presenting a False Document to an Agent of the US Government (involves several felonies and could include forgery);

<><> 18 U.S.C.§1027 False statements and concealment of facts in relation to documents required by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 and other possible offenses including civil and/or criminal RICO violations.

<><> 18 U.S.C. §§1961-68 (RICO Act)18 U.S.C. §1001 (making false Statements to Agents of the US Government),

<><> 18 U.S.C. §241(Conspiracies Against Civil Rights). Violation of Civil Rights under Color of law and conspiracy. Conspiring with others to violate Donald Trump and named other’s 4th amendment rights.

<><> Possibly full investigations centering on RICO conspiracies under 18 U.S.C. §1962(c) could be warranted because (1) the persons (2) were employed by or associated with an enterprise (3) that engaged in or affected interstate commerce and that (4) the persons operated or managed the enterprise (5) through a "pattern" (6) of racketeering activity, and (7) the taxpayers were injured by reason of the "pattern" of racketeering activity.

<><> Alleged Offenses could include Violation of Title 18 U.S.C. §2 41 – Conspiracy Against Constitutional Rights – which prohibits in relevant part, “two or more persons (from conspiring) to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same . . .” See, 18 U.S.C. §241. Taxpayers demand the following agencies commence investigations at once:

<><> FBI -- Wire Fraud Division

<><> IRS-Fraud Unit

<><> Department of Justice’s Office of the Inspector General,

<><> Department of Commerce’s Office of Inspector General.

<><> DOJ's Criminal Division-- Public Integrity Section

<><> DOJ Criminal Division--Organized Crime and Gang Section.

Hat tip Little Jeremiah:

Just think of a FEW of the criminal enterprises that need to be investigated:

The attempt to take out Trump with lying dossier by federal agencies

Hitlery and her emails

Clinton crime foundation including when Hitlery was SoS 0bola allowing Hezbollah into the US with heroin

Obola’s fake identity

Benghazi - and the whole taken down of Libya (Where’s the 6 billion in GOLD??)

Fast and Furious

The Iran deal and all that

Uranium One

Hat tip gaijin:

A DOZEN INSTANCES OF OBAMA SPYING

1.The US National Security Agency bugged a private climate change strategy meeting; between UN Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon and German Chancellor Angela Merkel in Berlin;

2. Obama bugged Chief of Staff of UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) for long term interception targetting his Swiss phone;

3. Obama singled out the Director of the Rules Division of the World Trade Organization (WTO), Johann Human, and targetted his Swiss phone for long term interception;

4. Obama stole sensitive Italian diplomatic cables detailing how Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu implored Italy’s Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi to help patch up his relationship with US President Barack Obama, who was refusing to talk to Netanyahu;

5. Obama intercepted top EU and Japanese trade ministers discussing their secret strategy and red lines to stop the US “extort[ing]” them at the WTO Doha arounds (the talks subsequently collapsed);

6. Obama explicitly targeted five other top EU economic officials for long term interception, including their French, Austrian and Belgium phone numbers;

7. Obama explicitly targetted the phones of Italy’s ambassador to NATO and other top Italian officials for long term interception; and

8. Obama intercepted details of a critical private meeting between then French president Nicolas Sarkozy, Merkel and Berluscon, where the latter was told the Italian banking system was ready to “pop like a cork”.

9. In addition to the above list we also know now that Obama wire tapped various individuals in the US media that were reporting information not flattering to the Obama Administration. It is widely known that Obama’s Justice Department targeted journalists with wiretaps in 2013:

10. In 2013 the liberal Washington Post expressed outrage after the revelation that the Justice Department had investigated the news-gathering activities of a Fox News reporter as a potential crime in a probe of classified leaks. The reporter, Fox News’ James Rosen and his family, were part of an investigation into government officials anonymously leaking information to journalists. Rosen was not charged but his movements and actions were tracked.

11. Also in 2013, members of the Associated Press were also a target of the surveillance. The ultra liberal New Yorker even noted that “In moderate and liberal circles, at least, the phone-records scandal, partly because it involves the dear old A.P. and partly because it raises anew the specter of Big Brother, may well present the most serious threat to Obama’s reputation.”

12. Reporter Sharyl Attkisson said in 2014 that her personal computer and CBS laptop were hacked after she began filing stories about Benghazi that were unflattering to the Obama administration. A source who checked her laptop said the hacker used spyware “proprietary to a government agency,” according to an article in the New York Post.

An old post by yours truly:

"1. 18 U.S. Code § 793 - Gathering, transmitting or losing defense information 18 U.S. Code § 798 - Disclosure of classified information"

"2. U.S. Code § 1924 - Unauthorized removal and retention of classified documents or material"

"3. 18 U.S. Code § 2071(b) -- Concealment, removal, or mutilation generally"

Mr. Comey, did Hillary Clinton remove, conceal, mutilate, or destroy any document?

Assuming your answer is Yes, then is she Disqualified from holding any office under the United States?

"4. 18 U.S. Code § 641 - Public money, property or records"

"5. 18 U.S. Code § 1505 - Obstruction of proceedings before departments, agencies, and committees"

"6. 18 U.S. Code § 1519 -- Destruction, alteration, or falsification of records in federal investigations"

"7. 18 U.S. Code § 1031 -- Fraud against the United States 18 U.S. Code § 1343 - Fraud by wire, radio or television 18 U.S. Code § 1346 -- Definition of "scheme or artifice to defraud" 18 U.S. Code § 371 - Conspiracy to defraud the United States"

"8. 18 U.S. Code § 371 - Conspiracy to commit a federal offense

With each law broken multiple times, there are indictable offenses galore. According to Rudy Giuliani, Hillary broke at least 16 separate felonious violations of U.S. Federal Code, and many multiple counts therein.

When are there going to be Real Indictments for the above Real Crimes that were committed by Democrats? Are Democrats always going to be off limits? Do we still have a Constitution and the rule of law?

The above US Code violations are just the tip of the iceberg. So many felonies. So many crimes. As this goes on and on, America is becoming the laughing stock of the world. If there's not a single American absolutely livid with rage about all of this, then they're brain dead. We the People want real indictments Now!

Little Miss Sheppie Stewart trying her best on Fox to say Rothenstein made it perfectly clear that the Russians were in cahoots with the Trump campaign. She keeps bringing on Democrats to slam Trump and say it’s a matter of time before Trump is indicted. Why on earth does Fox put up with this Trump-hating leftist. The white version of Don Lemon.

Good point. He interfered BIG TIME in all the elections he “won” in Illinois. I don’t think he won a single election there honestly and without dirty tricks. He even scuttled the candidacy of the woman who mentored / sponsored him as I recall. It’s like stabbing your own parents in the back.

I think that Mueller needs an exit, because if he stays on this, the only thing he has left it to investigate his pals. Any more of this and he will come out looking worse the Comey with his e-mail server press conference.
