Disrespect to Native Americans is when one FALSELY claims to be a Native American in order to steal minority status (and all the advantages afforded to the minority group) from those who happen to be a member of that minority group.
Lying, and lying in order to steal from people who are disadvantaged.

Those DNA tests are a scam. My sister had hers done, and it said she was something like 1/64 American Indian, or some such number. My mother was English, and none of her people had ever sit foot in America before she came over. My father’s family came from Germany in the 1840s, and we have genealogy records going back to 1610, and not a one of them ever set foot in America or “dallied” with some dusky Indian maiden.
Now why should she not get away with the claim to have native american blood? Obama spent over a million dollars on lawyers in front of R. Barclay Surrick in Philadelphia Federal Court to keep from having to show his birth certificate in 2008 because he does not have one, and the democrats hid him. She is a democrat. Why should she not get the same treatment?
my bet is that she’s taken the DNA test, and it verified no Indian ancestry.
It would only be disrespectful if she actually were an Indian.

To a Lefty, that sort of crime is normally unacceptable. Imagine a tree-hugging, green-planet Sierra Club member working for Exxon. Or a seller of organic foods using insecticides.
If a Republican did the same thing, he would be hung from the gallows in Harvard Yard.
But for a highly-placed Lefty Senator, the Libs always find a way to not notice such indiscretions. It's not a sin because a Lefty can never admit to being wrong.
So it's pleasing to see the Fake Injun doubling down on her big lie. She will never go anywhere in politics. She can talk tough like Al Franken, but her career is finished and should she ever face Trump, the Injun hide she's hiding under will be pulled off. She'll be exposed for what she is: a total hypocrite and liar with a screeching voice.
