What if the government provided a $100,000 payment in death benefits to every citizen who was killed by an illegal immigrant? The illegal immigrant had to be identified and the cause of death had to be demonstrated by a preponderance of the evidence. This would encourage people to come forward to collect the benefit and create a record of all deaths of citizens caused by illegal immigrants.

Today, our federal government is systematically and routinely allowing illegal criminal aliens to flood across our border. The bulk of the alien crimes are unpunished as if they are above the law with diplomatic immunity.
Fedgov is clearly culpable and should pay victims’ families ONE MILLION DOLLARS per HOMICIDE and 1/3 of that to victims of assault & battery or rape / sodomy.

Pointless idea. If legislators will not vote for rule of law, funding, and enforcement, then they certainly are not going to vote to pay benefits to those harmed by illegals, nor will they implement any tracking system.
It is only going to be possible to fix immigration when citizens insist on our leaders doing what we voted for them to do.
