She is going to have a tougher time in the primaries than ‘16. The democratic party has moved much harder to the left. She has a shot though. The party is fractured beyond recognition. The only thing holding them together is their hatred for President Trump. Harris, Booker, Gillibrand, and ole Feel the Bern himself will have to be dealt with. They have staked their claims and will not give up without a fight.
If she does run it will be a bad sign. It will mean that the Sessions DOJ was completely ineffectual in prosecuting the crimes of the Obama administration and the statist will be more powerful than ever.

Hillary will be running. That’s a given. I doubt she gets the nomination though. My guess is some up and coming dem will get it. Kind of like how Obama edged Hillary out in 2008.
She has to run. It’s the only way to dodge prosecution for a few thousand felonies ranging from public records laws to murder. If that shark stops swimming she dies.
I know dead DemoRATS vote, but I really doubt that they can actually serve as President. Hillary will either be in the ground by 2020, or so physically debilitated as to eliminate the possibility of another campaign.

The Trump admin won’t go after her. Trump (Mr lock her up) said after he was elected that he wouldn’t go after her. Of course he has said the opposite also. Whatever. It doesn’t matter. The President doesn’t order prosecutions anyway. The DoJ does that and Sessions (Mr Recusal) certainly won’t mess with it.
Maybe she will be in prison in 2020...Not that that would stop her from getting 45% of the vote...The country is full of demoncrat politicians elected while felons...
