What authority does a judge have to implement an EXECUTIVE order (especially an illegal one)? Answer: NONE.

We need to go back to the days when "judges" like this were run out of town ahead of a bunch of pitchforks and torches ... if they were lucky.

Would be a shame if patriots started retiring activist judges.

You mean after the tar and feathering.

I’ve been refreshing myself on the proper procedures for doing this. There isn’t a lot of window between tar melting and first degree burns.

Indeed. Judges today need to be removed, impeached, and replaced if they are not going to follow the rule of law, and that includes the likes of Kagen, Ginsburg
