It’s patently insane for a judge to rule that an executive action that was unlawful to begin with be be continued against the will of the executive.
Let the partisan moron judge enforce his order.
Ignore it. It is an UNCONSTITUTIONAL DECISION THAT SHOULD BE CONSIDERED NULL AND VOID.
These Democrat-appointed judges are terrible. The Senate needs to work around the clock to confirm Trump's judicial nominees, and help clean some of this rot.
Greece may be too pleasant a place for this guy. I'd suggest some MS13 infested barrio in El Salvador. Then he can experience first hand what he wants to inflict on America.
This is beyond “legislating from the bench.” On this issue he is essentially appointing himself the Acting President. DACA was purely a policy born out of an Executive Order - there is no law mandating it to exist. Therefore, the President can reverse it for no reason whatsoever - he doesn’t need to explain to a judge why he is doing so. So this judge is literally ordering an Executive Order be reinstated - literally claiming the powers of the Presidency as his own.

PDJT should automatically declare this decision stayed until a full hearing of the SCOTUS.

This judge should be impeached but evidently federal judges have immunity from acts of malpheasance

This is a federal judge claiming o be some sort of Supreme Legislator. There is nothing about an illegally issued Executive Order that he can order into Law.
So the cases I have read about involved 2 and even 3rd degree. Must of the time the person on the receiving end lost hair. To say it was a life changing event is an understatement. The accounts I have read I don’t think I would wish on anyone. During the revolution and pre- events riding one on a rail was the prevailing technique.
