A federal judge in New York ruled Tuesday that the government must fully restart the Obama-era DACA deportation amnesty and accept brand new applicants as well as renewals, throwing a potential wrench in the ongoing debate over the fate of “Dreamers” on Capitol Hill.
Judge Nicholas G. Garaufis said the administration does have the power to revoke DACA, but it must give a sound reason for doing so — and the Homeland Security Department’s September 2017 rationale fell far short of what is required in that regard.
He becomes the second judge to rule President Trump’s aides bungled the phaseout — but his decision is the most wide-ranging, ordering the government to not only allow those already in the program to renew their applications but also ordering the government to accept new applications.

And why not, Today Trump was telling everybody to “Get to work on Daca”. So while Wray was in Congress taking a dump on the Trump White House and the Nunes Memo, Trump is pushing Daca. MAGA? Yeah right

I understand Trump isn’t simply ignoring these black-robed tyrants for good reason, but it still pisses me off that they feel they have the constitutional authority to tell the president what he may or may not do, especially when it pertains to an executive order.
If Trump obeys this I have no defense for him

The judicial branch oversteps. Trump needs to call them on this. Supreme Court needs to slap this down. The judiciary needs to respect their constitutional role and its limits.
These judicial branch activists just need to write their own executive orders overturning a presidential EO of obamas, just call it a judge order that supercedes the executive branch. Seperation of powers be damned to these robed commies.

So is he actually ruling that a president doesn’t have the authority to rescind a previous president’s unconstitutional EO?
It’s getting dangerous when lawless commands come down from the courts. This sort of nonsense could lead to places that no one sensible wants to go.
What will quiet them down a bit is WHEN WE EVER START THE TRIALS OF CRIMINALS INVOLVED IN TREASON
